"Drive thru barely spoke English, not a big issues...but instead of sauce for my nuggets I was given a free order of fries. And my radiator fan is busted, but I only drove 8 minutes to get there, and my engine was overheating before they asked me to go park and wait more...also Wendy's should really bring back that "where's the beef campaign""

"I’m a regular customer , I go every day to this store for a cup of coffee, and is always a surprise, they never get it right, is so disappointing because even having this experience daily I refuse to go to other place because is the only McDonald on my way to work, I always ask for a large coffee with four creams and four sugars THEY NEVER GET IT RIGHT , NEVER!!!!!! I’ve called a couple of times and spoke to managers , but honestly is consistent, no effort to resolve the issue, poor management, training and service."

"One thing I can count on - the coffee is always great and the food consistent. I know it’s not the healthiest choice but the cost is reasonable - better yet using the app and getting a discount each time and it’s a pleasant place to sit and enjoy some comfort food."

"I went through the drive through, placed my order and then drove up to pay. When I reached the 2nd window, the attendant gave me my food. I always check it before I drive away. When I opened it the fries were all over the bag. The container that houses the fries had come unglued. I show the guy this and he doesn't say anything, just looks at it. I ask him for the sauce I had as asked for when I placed my order. He says left me see if there was some up front. Comes back with two. Then the manager comes and I showed him the fries, all over the bag, outside its container. He fixed it, but the fries were ad till soggy. I understand its fast food, but I said to the manager that he should teach his employees that 1- if a customer is dissatisfied with a product, you offer to make it right. 2- What you don't want for yourself, don't think someone else is going to settle for something that is unacceptable. Customer service is no -existent, do not recommend this location. Will not go back here."

"This establishment cause my divorce. The moment I decided to go there was the moment that my life downhill. It was about 9:00 pm on a Tuesday, I was accompanied with my wife and my daughter, we decided to stop there because we were dead tired and really didn’t have the energy to cook. We SPENT 1 hour in the drive thru, I wanted to escape but the place was designed so bad I couldn’t move my car I had to wait, the people around the establishment were not the best kind to say the least, I don’t know how the manager doesn’t do anything about, but they were making us uncomfortable, after waiting for one hour a rude employee asked us for our order, I had a bic mac and got a nugget happy meal for my daughter (my wife had lost her appetite already), I paid cash and he said he didn’t have change so he gave me old 3 cookies instead, the air in my car was really tense we just wanted to get the food and leave, we finally got the food and left, when my daughter opens her happy meal she found a HOT DOG instead of nuggets, I didn’t even know they sell those, she cried the whole way to the house which made it worse for my wife. When I got home tired and ready to eat my bic mac it was the worse one that I’ve seen in my life, a money could’ve done it better. I never felt so humiliated in my life, and wife lost all respect for me that night. The next day she took my daughter and filed for divorce because “she couldn’t be with a man that gets used to mop the floor”. Think twice before going to this location."
