"Subject is coffee , I love the food from Burger King . Unfortunately the coffee is never hot enough to enjoy . Warm or cold is what normally I get . If you can’t serve consistently a hot cup of coffee . Your business will never grow . Worse part about it I always ask how long ago they did it . Last time they lied and the manager when i came back in said she does half the amount to keep it hot . I am guessing is not enough . Instead of saying here is a hot cup of coffee sorry for not letting start your day right with a cold coffee here you go . Instead she went into defense mode . I dropped the conversation because that was not my intention even todays coffee was better than the other day but not hot just simple warm that when you get to the corner of the street is cold . If that simple coffee would be consistent there might be enough people like me that stopped coming because simple things like coffee is not freshly hot . Sales might increase by 20%."

"I just order about $20 worth of food. Should've drove away when they didn't have what I originally wanted. So to begin they did not have the Original Chicken Sandwich that is what I really wanted. Instead I ordered a Whopper w/ cheese combo w/ medium Sprite and large onion rings, a bacon king combo w/ medium Sprite and large onion ring, and and a $1 chicken sandwich. Drove up to the window and they handed me the 2 Sprites NO ICE WHAT SO EVER. We tasted them and returned the for 2 fruit punch again w/ NO ICE WHAT SO EVER. My receipt wasn't given to me when my card was returned. We drove off and got home only to encounter the large onion rings were barely even filled and both of the burgers not cooked correctly and mine was even cold, like really cold. I will definitely be swinging by again as I do frequent this location to speak with a manager. I know things happen but this put me over the top."

"Wish I could give this place zero stars. The place is always dirty! Trash all over the parking lot. My breakfast sandwich is old and cold. The bread tastes like it is 2 weeks old and my tator tots were swimming in oil and stuck together. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location. Notice the white hair on tator tot. Stay away from this place!"
