"Dropped by this location La Capital de Los Jugos on 122 Ave and experienced why I never stop there. The ladies serving more like they don't want to bothered. If you ask for something in particular they snap at you. Their prices are ridiculous more than iconic Vetsailles Restaurant and this place certainly doesn't come close. If you want to over pay for low quality foods this is the place. The cashier is rude and unwelcoming."

"I was standing in line and saw a customer order food. It was put in containers there was miscommunication between the employees and customer , and the employee put the food back into the warming trays as if this was normal practice... I'm pretty sure this is a health violation."

"The imperial rice was joke! We sampled the product before buying for fifty people and it was great. When we finally placed and picked up the order, it was mainly rice with some chicken inside and some mayonnaise and cheese on top. Barely any chicken in it, it was basically rice with cheese on top. We're never ordering from here again. Shame on you!"

"VERY FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES THAT MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOMED. FOOD GOOD WITH MANY CHOICES...HAM CROQUETAS ARE THE BEST I'VE EVERY HAD. PARKING GOOD BUT CAN BE PACKED AT TIMES. GOOD GATHERING PLACE FOR COFFEE WITH FRIENDS BUT !!!!!! OWNER ONLY ALLOWS YOU 30 MINUTES FOR OCCUPATION OF TABLE OUTSIDE & WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE IF YOU STAY LONG TIME EVEN IF YOU ARE PURCHASING FOOD, COFFEE, BATIDOS...ETC. LA CAPITAL WAS BECOMING A GREAT PLACE FOR FRIENDS TO MEET BUT WITH TIME RESTRICTIONS IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO WANT TO RETURN."

"Don’t even bother coming to this establishment. Food sucks and cold. And for a Complete cost me $16 bucks. I’d rather have gone to Pollo Tropical. Food was cold and no flavor at all. I’d figure let me try it out. Yup not happening again. Overly priced and food was trash. Portions are small for the amount your paying. I’d rather go to Palacio 100%"
