"Promising potential meets deep disappointment. I would like to start by saying the entertainment and restaurant make a great time in a great environment. My displeasure comes in the form of a waitress who left much to be desired. Not only was her approach as cold as minnesotta snow but she followed it up by taking our order that never came after an hour and thirty minutes. Obviously my date and I closed the tab and proceeded to find another location to eat. I specifically told her charge just for the drinks since the food never came and she never came back to check in on us. She returned our receipt and everything seemed like it was in order. I looked over my bank statements and saw that she added an additional charge for the drinks again as well as the food that never came. I cannot recall her name but you will know it is her because she works behind the bar and has a very bad attitude. dark hair and large unnatural behind."

"Was there on a Sunday morning atmosphere was great and food was delicious but I’m very disappointed in the service especially from the light skin girl with black curly hair . We were sitting outside and it became to rain and got very cold , we asked our waitress and she directed us to another girl and she told us we had to close out with our current waitress and buy another round of bottomless mimosas ( even though we just paid for it ) , she kept us outside in the rain for them next 40 min until we begged to STAND by the bar. All we wanted was to go inside because it was raining ! so the fact that we bought a bottle , food and mimosas and she was giving us such a hard time is unacceptable. We were not demanding a table all we wanted was to not be in the rain ."

"During a girl's night out, we stopped in at Copper's a couple of months ago to have a couple of drinks and listen to music. The ambiance was lively, loud, and lots of happy people. There is indoor and outdoor seating, whichever you prefer. We sat inside. The decor was really cool with pink/blue lighting. Comfortable seating. We loved the live music! Everyone was dancing! The food smelled so good, but we had already eaten. We ordered drinks and those were very good. We just wanted to cut loose and have fun. The crowd was a mix of all ages. There is a parking garage right around the corner, a short walk away. Copper's is on the second floor. There are large elevators to take you there. You can walk around upstairs and look at the CityPlace view. We will go back again."

"After reading other reviews I think I lucked out by going at a time that wasn’t too busy. The service was awesome and the food was delicious. I’m a wings guy and the wings here were perfectly crispy without being burnt and the sauce was perfect. I also ordered the nachos which was a mistake only because it was too much food. Most restaurants don’t give such a large helping of appetizer nachos so o was surprised when they came out but they tasted so good that it was worth it anyway. The service was great, music wasn’t too loud, and the overall ambiance of the pub is really cool."
