"They have two different profiles on Uber Eats. They also go by East Indian Curry House. They are a total rip off with the portion size they give. I bout a buy one get one that is supposedly $22 for just one. The curry chicken has two small pieces of chicken! How is that worth $22? I was going to let the small plate slide until I saw each and every plate only had two small chicken nugget sized pieces of chicken in them. The photo with the two pieces of chicken on the rice looks like the food was half eaten but the only thing I did was move the only two pieces of chicken onto the rice so you can see what a rip off this was. The rest is just bits of shredded chicken (it looks more than it actually is). Tell the truth, looking at each plate does that seem to be worth $22 a piece? The food also wasn’t tasty. The vegetable pakora was tasty and actually worth the price."
"Horrible food.. I have never been so disappointed by an indian resturent.. Ordered kadhai panner, garlic naan , Combo meal of dal makhani and rajma and plain naan.. Check the picture of panner kadhai. It was like hard panner cubes with raw/ uncooked capsicum and onion in watery liquidy something. I don’t know how this is operating? The rajma and dal makhani was average and salty. The garlic naan was just like store bought naan with garlic butter paste on it.. I don’t know what is resturent serves but defiantly not authentic indian food."
"Based on a taste and cost ratio, I’ll give this restaurant a solid 5 hands down ! The food is tasty and the conservative interior makes a great dinning experience. If you’re a vindaloo fan, ask for a 10 or better, as they unfortunately temper down the spice level to accommodate the locals."
"I recently dined at Aruns, an Indian eatery known for its welcoming atmosphere and wallet-friendly prices. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive and cordial, making the dining experience quite enjoyable. Price-wise, Arun’s stands out. The menu offers a variety of dishes at costs that are very reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes. This aspect makes it an excellent choice for family dining or group outings where budget is a consideration. As for the food, it was a mixed experience. The menu featured a broad range of traditional Indian dishes, from rich curries to tandoori specials. While the flavors were authentic, I found the dishes to be satisfactory but not exceptional. The chicken tikka was adequately spiced but lacked the depth of flavor one might anticipate. The naan bread, however, was a highlight — freshly made, soft, and perfect for scooping up the curries. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and unpretentious, suitable for casual lunch. It's not the place for an adventurous culinary exploration, but rather a dependable spot for enjoying a decent meal at a good price. In conclusion, Aruns delivers mainly through its service and pricing. While the culinary experience might not meet the expectations of a food connoisseur, it's a reliable option for anyone seeking a straightforward, budget-friendly meal in a friendly setting."
"Really good food and reasonably priced. We got the chicken Korma and Chicken vindaloo which were both good, but note they do not come with vegetables just the chicken, I would definitely ask to add vegetables for a small charge or get a second vegetable dish. The samosas and papadam were great also. Fast and friendly service. Would highly recommend."
