"CAUTION! Choose a different PIZZA HUT! If I can leave a negative star I would. The staff here are so unprofessional. I ordered 2 large pizzas to be delivered. When we received our order, our pizza was raw. I called the local store to have the problem fixed and the girl who answered the phone just left me waiting on the line without answering me after saying Hello about 10 times..I heard everything in the background but no one was on the other end of the line. Then she hung up the phone on me. My husband called right behind me and she did the same to him. We ended up bringing the raw pizza pie to the actual store and the manager that was in literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked her a question about the pizza. She didn’t even care to respond. There were 3 Hispanic women in there who didn’t care to even acknowledge anything I was saying to them, I’m not sure if there was a language barrier but the customer service here is so poor, it’s not even worth the hassle. I never write reviews but had to for the sake of other customers. BEWARE!"
