"First time going to Wawa in Pompano to get a sandwich service was fantastic there first I had a cup of coffee to the coffee was great I went with a Cubano dark roast and proceeded to go up to the order our sandwiches I want the Italian combo toasted extra mayo lettuce tomato onion hot peppers my daughter had a chicken wrap my wife had a panini toasted and Mimi had a cheese sandwich with lettuce tomato on a wheat roll and Kyle was the guy working a manager he was awesome I mean he was spot-on with everything he told us what sandwiches to try what beverages to drink coffee to have so so we decided to get our sandwiches there and then I'll just fueling up there's all kinds of fuel there I have a diesel truck so they did have diesel no wait at any pump at all to go there so the place for cleanliness was you know 5 out of five the bathrooms are spot-on clean the whole store was very clean security guard was in there she was very polite you know and the customers in there were very nice I felt safe there so it's a very clean store the sandwiches were phenomenal 5 out of 5 I mean I put them up I saw reviews going on with the sandwiches compared to Publix and everywhere else and these sandwiches so if you're nearby and you need a sandwich and Pompano and you decided to go to Publix to get one or firehouse subs or Miami Subs I think Wawa has the best sub going super fast food they have the best sub going I would hit the Wawa on Pompano and Kyle is the man"

"I really don't like leaving negative reviews. That said. The young woman working the coffee area on Friday the 9th of December at approximately 10pm. She had 0.0 interest in her opportunity. Only four of the coffee dispensers where accessible. The coffee was cold. She looked up at me for a moment then continued on with what ever it was that keeping from her opportunity. This particular location could use a revamping I believe. For a Wawa to have such low stars is a clear indication. There are people that would understand their opportunity and give it their best. Also there were individuals milling about that more than likely should not have been there. I like Wawa. Hope the drastic changes are expedited very quickly."

"I agree with most of the real reviews here. Wawa is a great company but the management of this location is clearly absent or uninterested. The employees are rude, unavailable, and more interested in bantering with each other than doing their job. If the company stepped in, it’s an easy fix. Involved management and quality hires with basic training. I loved this Wawa when they opened and I avoid it now. It will be a shame if better qualified people are not installed to make the simple necessary corrections."

"Cashiers at cigarette counter, do more socializing than the work they’re supposed to be doing. Thin Guy in red shirt morning at 9/7 spent 15 minutes flirting with the girl customers versus work. Heavyset other worker at the same counter was doing all the work I ask why doesn’t he complain? He said he lose the job over complaining that the other guy is not doing anything. This place is a mess drug stealing on the outside homeless hanging around. Be careful it’s not safe."

"Matthew was the best manager I have ever seen. He treated me so nice and professional. He deserves a raise what a good person. Wawa is lucky to have such a manager. Ashley is the best cashier ever what attention to detail. Ashley is amazing what a great team. They have remembered my name and made me feel at home. Garryson is also very good Wawa associate I feel at home. My favourite by far Wawa for sure. I have the chicken bowl and its always good. They make delicious food for the soul. Fast efficient and friendly what an amazing crew. Issac and Scarlett was very friendly and nice to me."
