"Food looks absolutely amazing. Ordered a pepperoni slice at the bar, and it is one of the biggest slices I have seen in my life. Also, the bathrooms are clean and the staff is very attentive."

"Been here multiple times over last 22 years. Always good. Except yesterday take out for work lunch. Cajun chicken salad was inedible. Chicken was beyond chewy like a rope. Dont know if they cooked, froze it then dethawed or just overcooked it. Vegetables in the salad were rotting. Disgusting. (see attached pic) Wedding soup was completely flovorless except for salt and there were weird chewy meatballs. ( I hope meatballs) Be a while if I ever go back) Not cool when people are struggling to give them poor quality looks like they are struggling too using old vegetables that should be thrown out and unfresh chicken. Shame as the Pizza and novelty sandwhiches with fries on them were always good. Stick with what they are known for is my advice."

"Whenever we happen to be in the area, we always go to Primanti Bros. This time as an added bonus, we were able to eat and watch the Steelers game! The pizza is always super delicious, but the sandwiches are our favorite. The garlic rolls are some of the best we've had. The service was great as always. If you haven't tried them yet, what are you waiting for?!"

"Visited this establishment with my boys. The customer service was A! Marion, Alice and the manager made our first visit memorable and we will most definitely be back. What was very noticeable is how everyone worked as a team to ensure that the customers did not wait long for their food or to be served. The food was fresh and delicious. My boys enjoyed their wings and fries, the garlic rolls was good and hot and the veggie pizza was delicious. Will most certainly visit again."

"Chicken wings were overcooked, salad was water in bottom of to go tray,and chicken breast was so rubbery could not eat it. Least to say a little shocking, because the food is normally good. Very disappointed"
