Papa Johns Pizza

"Those who love the papa johns thin crust. Beware they will give you a huge crust, and no garlic powder. They will hang up on your face if you call with an issue. And their pizza wasnt cut all the way through!! What a mess!"

"If I could I would rate the customer service a “0” I’ve been calling this store attempting to make an order from 7pm (employee answered the phone and then hung up) until 10pm when a gentlemen answered and stated the following “it’s New Year’s Eve we closed at 8pm” (it’s Christmas Eve sir) but the corp office states they close at 11:30pm as well as their automated system when you call. This is very unprofessional and I would recommend choosing another location not only did I receive poor customer service but while asking for the employee name he hung up in my face! If this is who have representing your company you should ashamed of yourself as a company!!!"

"this place was good. but now there is an employee who prepares the pizzas as if they were those from 7 & Eleven, she hardly adds any ingredients. the place was all dirty. Papa John's pizzas are very good but here the quality of the pizza has gone down a lot."

"bruh… I went in to pick up my order and while I was waiting I saw one of the cooks take a wing out of someone’s order with his bare hands and put it into someone else’s box. Also saw the same cook kicking the pizza boxes with his shoes. Not sure who this one was but the manager or cashier (dude with the red shirt), never put my wings in while I was waiting 10-15 minutes just to ask for my order so I had to wait extra time just for wings. Anyways this place is just really unsanitary and caused me to also have pain in my stomach after eating their pizza so just go somewhere else"

"I ordered an XL pizza. Took it home and opened the box and the pizza looked like a normal size large pizza. I took out a tape measure and it was a 14" pizza. I called Papa John's and the lady that picked up the phone was rude and told me that she remembers making the pizza and she made a 16" pizza. She said unless I bring it back I could be lying. So basically she accused me of lying. I said I am not going to drive 40 minutes there and back to correct this issue so please credit the $3. She then hung up on me. I called back and asked for her name and she said she did not have to provide that. I asked for the manager and she hung up on me a 2nd time. I will never buy from this Papa Johns or any other every again. I filed a complaint with corporate and I have not heard from them but will call them again. See pictures and tell me if this is a 16" pizza."
