"Today, I had the opportunity to do something that I've never done but have always wanted to do. I got to forge my own knife. That alone is enough to have you riding on cloud nine, but my experience was deeper than that. By taking a bare piece of steel and turning it into a quality tool, it is almost as if I tapped into a something primal. Jordy was patient enough to allow you to get the feel for the process, and the system worked like a charm. From design choices, to safety, to comforting jokes....he's got it all. And I haven't even mentioned the best Tomahawk Ribeye I've ever had. Hands down one of the best experiences without a doubt!"

During our time with Jordy we used almost every piece of equipment available to form our knives, created the exclusive handle, had an amazing Tomahawk Steak lunch, enjoyed the scenery and even petted a large tortoise!! This is not your arts and crafts strip mall type of experience, this is a guy in a barn with all the fire and tools needed to mold a raw piece of metal into a piece of art type of place!!
