"Spent $130 on a family day to paint 4 pumpkins. One pumpkin was placed in the wrong basket marked with wrong price and rang up at that price, after the employee checked all pumpkins for their prices, so upon picking up we have a balance due because of a store/employee mistake. Why nickle and dime your customers. Just not the right thing to have done in this situation"

"I took the family for a time of fun at the Pottery Patch. Each one chose the Pottery they wanted to paint and then we got to it. It took over 2 hours in painting. We got our Pottery painted and will go back next week to pick up the finished items. I'll add pics once I have them. I would recommend going to the Pottery Patch as it's a good time."

"Halfway through painting i noticed there was a small chip on the back bumper of my truck, so when i finished i asked about a small $5 voucher for next time, they ended up taking $10 off of my purchase, this gesture was very sweet and much appreciated. I’m so excited to pick up my items next week! The employees were young… but SO sweet and such good workers , sometimes with younger folks you hear some drama or chit chat from behind the counter, but there was none of that and from a customer standpoint, that’s awesome! Everything here was priced well and within reason, i’m so happy with what i chose and I can’t wait to come back. Definitely made for a good double date this weekend :)"
