"Phone number does not lead to anyone. The message only repeats over and over and then disconnects you. I have pressed every number on the phone. Only 2, 3, and * do anything, which is to repeat the welcome message. Every other key is "Invalid" and after two "invalids" it hangs up on you. These people do not care about keeping anyone safe, they just want your money. Absolutely the worst, greedy SOBs I have ever done business with. If you have a DUI, go take the class in a different county. I promise you, you will thank me for that."

"I never write reviews but this place is so hard to get a hold of. They say they’re going to call you and never do. I’ll be on hold for 2 hours and then the line will disconnect, it’s very rare you ever get through. I finished treatment almost 2 months ago and I’m just waiting on them to clear it with the DMV so I can get my license back but they just won’t answer!!!! They don’t email anything it’s all snail mail and when I had proof of completion faxed over they let me know a week later after I finally got through that their fax machine wasn’t working. Very frustrating"

"I arrived at 7:50 AM on Saturday for my class weekend appointment. Gates were locked. A Spanish gentlemen also there advised he was in same boat and he has been driving around for thirty minutes waiting for gate to open?? I checked my mail and my emails. No emails/ mail re rescheduling?? Ofc phones are off during the weekend which makes no sense. Now what??"
