"I wish I was able to give this IHOP 3.5 stars because I think it TRULY is between a three and a four. Please note that I visited this IHOP at 5:30 AM so take my comments with that fact in mind. The best part of my experience was the service. Sophia was an excellent waitress. Very attentive, quick and nice. I had no idea that she was at the end of her shift until (while waiting for terminal to work properly), I asked her about her shift and she told me that she was. She NEVER showed any indication of being tired when serving me. Kudos to her. She definitely earned her tip. Overall, my breakfast was okay. The eggs were done perfectly over easy, the hash browns were nice and crisp. The downfall were the sirloin tips. I ordered them medium rare and they were medium almost medium well. I'm not sure if it was the onions or the mushrooms (definitely canned) but the tips took on an almost liver-like taste. I like liver and onions but I prefer my sirloin tips to taste like steak. The bathroom was a mess. Probably due to it being 5:30 AM but somewhat gross nevertheless. Other than the bathroom, this IHOP was very clean. While the breakfast was somewhat disappointing, I WILL TRY this IHOP again at a later hour maybe lunch or another breakfast later in the morning."

"Everything about this place is nasty and stank. You have to be really drunk, leaving a club about 3-4am to half enjoy their food. Caught two guys in the restroom doing, you know what. Bathroom smells. Tables are sticky. A smell comes up when you sit to eat. This place is without a landmark. It's been here forever, but they need to revamp it or tear it down and rebuild. I honestly believe IHOP on a whole as a franchise is falling off."

"It was freezing in there! The server was super friendly! 5 stars for her! We had tiny ants on the table by the syrup which was kinds gross by not her fault and she was apologetic when we informed her."

"I met with a friend, we enjoyed coffee and afterwards we had breakfast. We both ordered eggs and they arrived cooked perfectly. The meal also came with bacon, sausage and delicious pancakes we covered with butter and syrup of our choice. The wait staff is amazing here. They make you feel like you want to come back and we certainly will."

"The waitress was kind, polite and made sure I was well taken care of. The place was clean and my order didn’t take long. I had a hot chocolate and their eggs Benedict with Bourbon bacon Jam. I enjoyed it, it was delicious."
