"Now a days, this branch is my first choice. I drive all the way from Boca to this branch because I dont know their pizza seems perfect in every combination. Their ingredients in the pizza seem better balanced than other branches near me. I have 2 branches in Boca, and they just ruin the pizza either with too much sauce or something. "Worst Domino's ever. Pizza's delivered wrong. After 40 and 2 phone calls later with a very rude manager the driver came back to pick ot up the 2 wrong pizzas. The manager saud that would be sending the right pizzas. 1 hr and 30 minutes, nothing! Nobody answered the call. Manager said that in 30 min more someone would be bringing the pizzas. Its this a joke? I just had spent almos $49 for 2 pizzas. Yes its expensive, one is gluten free what makes more expensive in the end and thats the reason i tend to order at Domino's, however this store will never see my money again. Management is terrible!!! He is really rude and when questioned what is going on he just hang up the phone. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!"
"I placed an order tonight, I received the order 30 minutes after the driver left the store. The pizza’s was hard and cold, the bread and sauce was as well. I placed a call and the district manger would not get on the call, a young Guy answered sounding like a child and was extremely rude and nonchalant and almost taking it for a joke. My order was over $30 and their resolution was offering 60 points. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE using delivery in the evening. . In the day an older man works there, He is very on point and always gives good service but he’s not there in the evenings or this would not have happened.When you’re spending your money you expect quality food. This was unacceptable. I am upset and disappointed."
"On 12-14, I placed an order through your delivery service. While I appreciate the timely delivery and the overall service provided by your company, I must express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of the aforementioned driver. Upon receiving the delivery, I attempted to provide part of the payment for the order in the form of coins, as I did not have sufficient paper currency on hand. To my surprise, the driver refused to accept the payment in coins, citing reasons that were not communicated clearly. This left me in a rather inconvenient situation. I understand that handling coins may be inconvenient, but as a customer, I believe that I should have the right to use legal tender for payment. If there are specific company policies or guidelines regarding acceptable forms of payment, it would be helpful for such information to be communicated clearly to customers in advance. I hope you understand the frustration and inconvenience caused by this incident. I trust that you will take appropriate measures to ensure that your drivers are aware of and adhere to the company's payment policies. Additionally, please consider providing clearer communication to customers about acceptable forms of payment to avoid similar situations in the future."
