"Went to LeSalle Tech today on the advice of a friend. My stylist was Lilly and she did a great job. The adviser was very observant and was never far when Lilly had questions. I got a shampoo, deep condition , cut and dry. This is a school and the experience the students get from live people is great training. Great job, great place, great people. I also got my eyebrows colored and my daughter got her hair braided"

"SPEAK UP AND MAKE THEM ASK INSTRUCTORS! They are nice people and I've heard great things... It's unfortunate for me that the ball was dropped on my perm. The instructor wasn't around to make sure things were going well until the end when it was too late. I walked out with less curl than when I walked in. When I went back and explained in my 30 years of perms, there are certain things that should happen that DIDN'T.. I was offered no apology even though she admitted the stylist messed up at least once. I walked out with her card to come back in 2 weeks. Hmmmm..."
