IHOP

"Took my family of 4 for lunch. We were seated relatively quickly. The restaurant was pretty empty so I didn't think the food would take long. As we placed our order, they didn't have 3 of the things we wanted including a waffle topping. We placed our order. 30 minutes after placing the order, the waitress walked back to tell us they were out of chicken for the quesadillas. 30 minutes later!?!? We got up and left. It wasn't the waitress's fault, we apologized to her. But the establishment has to do a better job with their menu and inform the wait staff ahead of time when food isn't available. The table next to us had similar issues. It's sad that such a well known eatery would give such horrible service. The manager standing at the counter as we walked didn't even bother to apologize."

"I was approached by dark skin short hair lady waitress, and you could tell something was wrong with her. The way she was talking to me, taking that order, her body language was telling me she didn't want to be there and she wanted me out. I just never experienced something similar. She took the order, and after not even 1 minute, she came back saying "Im not able to take your order, maybe someone else will do." Was observing her afterward with other customers, and when they wouldn't look, she would be making a long face and rolling eyes while taking the order. I wouldn't even hire her to be my gardener! You CAN DO BETTER IHOP!!!"

"So there's a specific worker that is complete trash, this woman is latterly always sitting in the same spot every single time she works. She's never actually working she's playing on her phone and WILL NOT fulfill anyone's order unless you are dining in, 1 night their "computer was down, another time " there was no cook" (yet the man was standing by the grill) tonight its that they have no burgers. This woman is being paid to sit and play on her phone. Come on I hop do better this is not the type of stuff you want as a business..It's horrible... bad reputation bad customer service.. trash..."

"Food and service was the worst. People who came in after us got served before us , ate and were leaving as me and my family were just getting our food. The waitress never checked on us to ask for refills of drinks. Got coffee and had to ask for sugar as nothing was provided. Got served pancakes and had to ask for syrup. Anything we need we had to ask for instead of being offered. Cinnamon crepes look nothing like the picture the creme was applied in chunks instead of drizzled. It looked like a sloppy mess when it was placed on the table. We ordered sugar donuts and only got Carmel dip when it was supposed to come with Carmel and a cream cheese type dip as pictured. Asked for the hash browns well don't had to send the back and instead of just cooking more on each side the cook chopped them up and made them so hard I could not eat them. The eggs were way over cooked again something I could not. Only ate one crepe and two sausages most of my meal went to waste. Paid over $11 and was only offered a 10 % discount. Never will go back to this location again."
