"Best Neapolitan gas fired oven pizza I have had and that says a lot. I would love to have this cooked with wood. I have a large Alfa wood burning pizza oven up north and do a 48 hour cold bulk fermented dough with fresh yeast, so I know from which I speak. Their dough is outstanding!! And their topping varieties are creative and noteworthy. They take their business (and dough making) very seriously, as it should be. I had their mozzarella pizza with olives and mushrooms….mushrooms were excellent. For me, you can’t replace the smokiness of a wood fired pizza, but for gas, this is as good as it gets."

"Had a pepperoni pizza and it was so good. My son had a custom made cheese pizza with no sauce (bc that's how he likes it) and he ate the whole thing! (which is saying a lot for him bc he's a picky eater). Didn't get a chance to try a salad but I will definitely do that next! The staff were really friendly, because that is also important to note, as that makes or breaks an experience."

"This place has really tasty and well made pies in a distinctive style. They use a natural sourdough and gas oven to create a crust that’s crisp bottomed but chewy/soft on top. We had an OG and vodka pie and in particular loved the bright and tart sauce on the OG with the right amount of gooey cheese. Really good texture, contrast - I’d say it’s one of the best pies you can get in Boca raton, right up there with Tuccis."

"We went in because of the Dave Portnoy review. It met his number and more. On top of being friendly and attentive, they had amazing combinations. The Hot Mozzarella is my favorite. It has sopressata, hot honey and chilis. It’s not to hit. It was amazing. The pistachio was delicious. A must."

I live in New York and have been to Italy multiple times, and howyadoughn is excellent. Definitely one of my new faves. Freshest ingredients and delicious crust. Bravo!"
