"Food is always great, but today I had the worst lady ever take my order! She kept getting the order wrong so when I got to the window she couldn't figure out at all which order was mine... Those 2 lanes are stupid because chances are the cashier can't figure out who is who. I took my card back and went somewhere else!"

"The food was sloppily made. Lunch just began and the fries were lukewarm. The Hi-C orange drink was thick almost like syrup and it was way too sweet. As if there was not enough seltzer water added."

"This is the only McDonald’s that’s close to the hotels. It’s big and modern. Inside is nice. The service is so so. The burgers are good. I’d recommend the double quarter pounder with bacon. They are very filling. Buns are fresh even at night time."

"Had 3 cars pass me in the other lane and no one ever took my order after talking to the mic several times. Then they were rude about it when I told them at the first window and told me to go back around. Was very polite about it but got treated like dog poop. What type of establishment is this? No food and terrible customer service"

"Used app to pickup order. Seems drive thru orders are more important than app order users. Entered to pick up my order.... waited another 10 minutes ... until they finally noticed my order had been bagged 15 minutes ago. Apologies were given, but they should have redone order. My fries and burger were cold. Not very professional concerning service."
