"Something has happened to service in the last few months. We get takeout several times a month and the pies are terribly undercooked, even when we ask for well done in the order. Just floppy and the dough is soft. The slices tear apart when trying to remove them from the pie. Have to eat the rest with a fork. No civilized person wants to eat pizza with a fork."
