"They don't have enough people working for them They make.100 pizzas an hour but can only deliver 50? Pizza always arrives cold and with no napkins Parm or red pepper s... They always have an excuse to why the drivers can't keep some in there cars but that's terrible to here it over and over ...pizza is great ...when it finally does arrive"

"This is my first order I ever placed with papa john's. Ordered at 6:10 PM received a delivery time between 6:55 and.7:05 PM. At 7:19 PM, receive text that my order is on its way from a store 2.2 miles from my home. 7:56 PM, Order has not arrived, so maybe they just decided to walk ait over instead of driving over. Called the manager who said "hey we're busy". I canceled the order, wasted two hours. This is outrageous and you will never hear from me again and you will never have my business."

"I placed an order and it took them 2 hours to deliver. When I called and ask they said the driver was on the way and it will take another 20 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager, when he the manager spoke to me he did not apologized and said they were not supposed to take my order bc it was out of their zone. I told him I had ordered from their location before with no problem and that if that was the case why the person who took my order did not say anything to me. He continue to say I should not have order from them. When I told him I was not going to, he said he did not care. And he was the manager his name Anthony."

"This place is really the worst & gives more disappointment than anywhere else that I’ve come across. I don’t expect them to be perfect because we all make mistakes sometimes.. but a customer shouldn’t CONTINUOUSLY be disappointed time & time again. 9 times out of 10 when I spend my money here, it’s money wasted. On 5/3 I ordered the new Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia & it was surprisingly satisfying. It wasn’t made exactly as I ordered it. I chose the option to build my own & chose Philly steak instead of chicken & when it came it had both chicken and steak which wasn’t that big of a deal for me because as I said, we’re all entitled to make a mistake. It was still good & I was happy with it. Here we are 4 days later 5/7 & I ordered another one. This one barely had any of the sauce inside & didn’t have a dipping cup of the sauce like it was supposed to. This one also didn’t have the seasoning on the outside like it’s supposed to so needless to say it was pretty dry & tasteless. I chose to try this mainly because when I order a pizza with light sauce, it shows up & looks like heavy sauce which I cannot eat & my toddler will not eat.. No matter what I order from here, the only thing I know I can count on is being disappointed. Little Ceasars is in the next plaza. They rarely disappoint & way cheaper."

"Seriously.... The crust isn't even connecting to the pizza... I mean how hard is it to get a pizza correct? Very upsetting.Will not be coming back to this store ever again. So many bad reviews. They need new management and a whole new team and places like this wonder why they are losing business. You really think you will keep customers with horrible management and food that's cold and not correct. Plus pricing is the same as what you would get at a mom and pop shop and atleast they take pride in their pizza and food!"
