"Unfortunately I won’t be going back to Rotelli. I’m a frequent customer here and called in for 2 small pizzas. They gave me the total, which was $32. What arrived was two tiny 10 inch personal pizzas. Not enough at all to feed 2 adults & 2 kids and certainly not justifiable to charge $32 for. When I called in the person, I kindly asked the person on the phone to just give me some sort of discount on a future purchase, as again I order from here all the time. Instead of offering me anything at all to make up for their inaccuracies, and not disclosing that one topping on each pie was $3 each on a 10 inch pizza ultimately shooting up the price to further make me not question the size of the pizza, he stayed on the phone arguing with me that it was entirely my fault for 10 mins. He was rude and unapologetic. Perhaps someone that actually has a vested interest in the company should’ve gotten involved as a 15% future discount is pocket change compared to the amount of money they’ve lost in my buisness. Buyer beware, according to Rotelli you must ask all the questions. They have no responsibility to disclose any price changes, extra charges, pizza sizes, etc."

"I've been ordering in and eating out here for 2 years. At first it was amazing, then some dishes were lacking flavors. I've had the delivery driver forget my drinks 2x. And today I was just very upset. I ordered a personal pie with mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni and extra cheese as well as their garlic rolls. I was very upset that my crust was not crispy at all. I literally had to put my pizza in the airfryer so I can get that nice crisp pizza crust you're suppose to get. They're definetly skimming on the ingredients because anytime I'd order anything on top it was loaded and now it had some here and there but nothing crazy. The garlic rolls were so dry and just went to the trash. What was suppose to be a nice dinner turned out to more work. I might as well have cooked myself at this point. Looks like I'll be looking for a new go to spot :( Update 2/17/21 - everyone deserves a second chance right? With that being said I have been dining in and ordering out from here since I moved to FL from NY; closest I personally found to NY style pizza. Although my recent delivery wasn't the best I have decided to give them another chance. My kids love the penne alla vodka from here amd that's exactly what we have ordered. It was delivered fairly quick and was still nice and hot. The rolls were nice, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Not sure what happened last time but we all have bad days right? So my point is if you're ordering from your usual go to place and they let you down, don't give up on them. I hope my next pizza order will be just as perfect as it normally is."

"We just ate here for the 1st time 2 weeks ago. In laws took us and the kids for our Anniversary Dinner. Very pretty restaurant, very modern decor and seats were very comfy. Only complaint is that is they have no booster seats, so that’s a bit rough for the little ones. Staff was very nice. Food was amazing! And now their Garlic Rolls are my Fav!!! I had the shrimp scampi and it was so lemony and delightful, I did not want pasta so they let me substitute spinach instead and it was a perfect pairing. Also had a side salad and that was so nice and fresh. Hub had the steak sandwich and he enjoyed it, said the meat had a nice taste. Kids had chicken fingers and fries and loved every bite(the fingers were huge) Mother in law had the meatball sub and she loved it. And father in law had the fish and he actually told one of the staff that is was “the best fish he had ever tasted” We will def be returning again, and are so glad our 1st time here was such a joy."
