"I visited this KFC on Friday with my infant son and elderly grandmother. We were met with the rudest, and truthfully shocking experience through the drive thru. My grandmother primary language is spanish, as i'm trying to order and translate, the employee who said her name was Lilne - was huffing, puffing and was rudely speaking to us to not hold up her line, when there was no one behind us, and to tell us to come inside and to hurry up. I told her that we are in drive thru for a reason as it had been a long day, and trying to get an infant and senior citizen out of the car to order was not feasible at the moment and that is no way to speak to a paying customer. It really through us for a loop. KFC you need to revisit this store- and really assist them on their customer service skills. I worked in a fast food restaurant before. I understand and know about the timers, but I also know that while drive thru is for faster service it is also for convenience- since so many of the restaurants now-a-days don't have much accessibility for families and elderly folks anymore- such as changing tables in restrooms, more open seating for wheelchairs and strollers. last but not least - the food was DELICIOUS. Really hit the spot on the craving, but the experience i had to get it- basically outweighed the good food."

"We had just landed at the adjacent FL executive airport and were in need of some lunch. Normally, we visit the MCD next door, but we wanted to try something else. The building's outside was drab, and employment notices were posted for each position. However, the man that assisted us at the drive-through and had a manager name badge was fantastic and gave us happy holidays. The young man who served us was excellent; he was pleasant and cheerful. And the food was delicious. What a wonderful encounter!"

"We needed some lunch after landing at the neighboring FL exec airport. We usually go to the MCD next door but wanted to change it up. The outside of the building looked sketch and they had hiring signs for every position. BUT the guy with a manager name badge who helped us at the drive through was awesome, wishing us happy holidays. The young guy who gave us our food was great/smiling and friendly. Plus, the food was awesome. What a great experience!"

"I went here for lunch. I ordered the 2 piece drumsticks, a spicy chicken sandwich and a 12 piece nugget combo. I wanted the green beans but received french fries. It's all good."
