Arby's

"Arby's should stick to Roast Beef!!! I should've known better. But, I expected better. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gone. I ordered the 'Crispy Fish sandwich.' The only difference between this fish sandwich and a box of frozen fish from the supermarket is that if I would've cooked it myself than I am CERTAIN it would've been hot. Sooooooo disappointed. I was the only person in the drive thru (that should've been my first clue) and I literally watched the cashier walk out with a bag, ring up another patron at the counter, and then walk over to the drive thru and hand me that bag. No.... that couldn't be my bag. Yup, it was my bag!!! How could my fish cook that soon? I asked, was it just cooked? She insisted, all of their fish is freshly cooked. I felt the sandwich and it felt luke warm. I asked again, and she repeated the same message (but, this time she added that if I want I could wait 7 min for a fresh order. I thought my order was fresh!!) This was literally my second or third visit to an Arby's restaurant EVER!! And now, I remember why. Not only do I want my $6 back. I want my gas money back. I want my time back. And I want my taste buds to revert back to before I ate this fish sandwich. The taste of batter and tarter sauce. Ugh. Lesson learned. My second thought ... whoever made the commercial for the Crispy Fish sandwich should get an award because it fooled me."

"Customer service was not good. Your greeted with impolite children working at the register. even the manager was not a happy camper. Very unprofessional. The worst experience was If your not dining in your not allowed to used the restroom."

"The classic roast beef was good. The meat was juicy and the bun was soft. I couldn't stop eating the curly fies. They are one of the best in the seasoned fry category of all the fast food places. I like the ranch style theme in the lobby. Not too many customers so I had the whole place to my self. The wait time was too long though considering that there was only one other customer."

"I got the Big Game Burger and the new Bacon Ranch cheesesteak and both was a complete letdown. The Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak had little to no steak and the the bacon felt like pieces instead of strips, barely recognizable. It was more Ranch than anything else! The Big Game Burger was a Big Mess! The burger was overcooked, dry and had a horrible taste. The Cherry Steak sauce help a little, but I couldn't finish it. Especially when i tried to add MORE steak sauce to cover up the bad taste. I'll just stick to the Everyday menu items next time cause their new menu items suck. PS. - Fire the Cook ASAP"

"Very first time going to Arby's here in Sunrise. I had the two for $7 Chken Sandwich and Mozzarella Sticks. I also ordered curly fries and a large lemonade. The drive thru rep was polite, helpful and even offered a reccomendation for my next visit. Food was made in a timely manner and made fresh. I was pleasantly surprised on how great the chicken sandwich tasted and how even the fries/mozzarella sticks were fresh. I actually like them over McDonald's (but that's just my hot take). Will be back try out the rest of the menu. 07-03-23--Went back for a 2nd time and got to say I was disappointed. I ordered the American Roast Beef Sandwich meal with curly fries and the new blue berry lemonade. First off the sandwich looked weird and was cold. The taste was off and never went back for another bite. The fries were crispy and fresh. The lemonade tasted like a watered down flavored drink and nothing like lemonade. All in all a pretty bad experience today. Overall score a 3."
