"Probably the strangest combination of topings I have ever ordered. It’s also the strangest looking pizza I have ever seen too. I pulled half of it to eat. The center was thin and floppy. And the cheese crust was overly “fluffy”. When I asked why it was so fluffy I received the excuse because it’s cheese crust. (October 2021) I gave Papa John another chance and the pizza was good. Tonight I ordered another pizza. Simple cheese pizza. It didn’t look awful but it definitely wasn’t what I think a Papa John’s pizza should look like. Bring back John Schnatter. 2/2024 i tried the stuff pizza again. It tasted like it was microwaved. This is the worst Papa John I have ever been to. Waste of money. Leave the stuff crust pizza making to Pizza Hut."

"Called in to complain about wrong toppings on our order and the "manager" in charge was more interested in fighting and yelling at me rather than resolve our issue. They had added onions to the whole pizza instead of half in two of the pizzas and simply added onions to a third when it was not ordered at all. We were refused a refund because someone found an onion halfway through the first slice and were told a refund was no longer possible because of that. All we want is a refund for their mistake and an apology from the manager that answered the phone and proceeded to yell before we could even explain the situation."

"Ordered a cheese pizza with LIGHT cheese, EXTRA sauce. Order came with extra cheese light sauce. Great. No big deal, we’ll just call and have them swap it our or get a refund no problem. We call and the lady on the line denies we got our order the way we wanted? Then for some reason she had an attitude “well what do you want me to do” “you want me to bury it in sauce” “i made it myself” like first of all the order is wrong, second of all why are you having an attitude just because you don’t know how to make a pizza. Then she graciously offered us to bring back the pizza to swap it out. Didn’t want to leave home after we both work 6am-8pm shifts at the clinic and hospital just to deal with an attitude again so said whatever. I’ve had great experiences with Papa Johns in Virginia where they got the order wrong then sent over the proper one and also gave us vouchers, more than we could have asked for. This specific Papa Johns won’t get my service again and I will also let others know."

"We always order here late night and have never had an issue! The pizza is always hot and delicious too. We live less than 10 mins away so we just drive to pick it up. Our order is just a regular pepperoni pizza. The garlic sauce is perfect for dipping!"
