"I have been going to this Subway for several years in the Coral Square Mall. I have recently stopped going. They intentionally have only large cups to charge more on soda. Today, I ordered a sandwich and requested a small cup for my drink. The Indian manager said that they do not provide a small cup but a large. I stated that I am being asked to pay more just because they choose not to have small cups. She got an attitude and said, “so you want it or not?” I will no longer go there. Almost $10 for just a small 6 inch sandwich and a drink!"

"The black young lady that worked yesterday September 30 (4:45pm) needs training on professionalism, she had an attitude and was throwing my toppings around upset at God knows what Bc I was in a great mood and order something very simple! I hope next time I come there she’s more professional or y’all choose better candidates that don’t get jealous when they see other beautiful black woman and just start throwing their food around like it doesn’t matter. Please provide that young lady training ASAP"

"Went to the Subway at the Coral Square mall on Friday around 6pm. The girls working there were mostly interested in socializing with their boy friends than tending to the customers. I was highly disturbed by this."

"Went to subway to order something and we were told they couldn't take orders and then a little time passes and we go back to see they are serving other people when we thought they were taking no orders, place is garbage and does not treat others equally. Recommend to not visit at all."

"I bought 2 sandwiches & their system was down so they lied to me & said they couldn't do anything so call Corporate only to have Corporate tell me that the store has to issue the refund. They lost a long time customer."
