Panera Bread

"So disappointed. We walked in at 8:55 to buy food to go. It was a simple order. Since we got to the place the manager Stephanie was extremely rude and treated us with an annoying actitude. Made us feel very unwelcome. This is very unfortunate because this is the Panera I usually go to. And this will be my last time coming because of this specific person. The manager Stephanie has a horrible atittude. The rest of the guys were good but the manager made Panera look very bad."

"Probably one of the poorest Panera shops we've ever been in. Corporate would have a fit if they paid a visit. Breads are not as fresh as they should be, the staff is not well trained and is constantly changing, and the outside tables are looking rusty and not kept up or too clean. It's a shame because we live in the neighborhood and still choose to drive to the Panera in Boca which is much better run."

"I ordered the option: “You pick 2” I chose a salad with guacamole and chicken and I received the salad “strawberry poppyseed…” totally different. When I saw it I told them but I was in a rush for work so I decided to try it. Goshhh…. It was SO HORRIBLE SWEET!! To much fruits and additionally the dressing is really sweet. The second option was a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. It was just ok… not a big deal… it was small with like 1inche piece of avocado and chicken lol It’s a pretty big location but the majority was close so the options to have a table were minimum."

"I had some not-so-great catering experiences, but I was pleasantly surprised by this location. We went with a variety of foods - chicken salad, soup+salad, and new toasted baguette. All delicious!!!"

"1st time at this location and everyone was very professional and friendly. Got our order out quickly. Thank you Aaliyah, Marcel, and Kenya. I had the peach and blueberry smoothie made with almond milk and shared the Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Flatbread Pizza w/ my friend. Both was great. Stayed for an hour to catch up after workout and vibe was nice. Def come to this location again."
