"We had a great experience at this location. Our waiter was patient with us even though it was super busy. They did an amazing job of turning over tables to prevent a wait for patrons. The food did not take long to come out, and when it did arrive, it was warm and delicious. Other reviews mention that the check arrived early, and ours did as well. I believe it is because it's their policy to pay at the counter that it's a convenience for the customer to have the check, so this feature I actually really am a fan of. I would go again for sure!"

"So the waiter was in too much rush, Erica have to slow down!! Rushing us to order and rushing us to pay, we were not even half way of the food and she brought the ticket. The thing is that we arrived at 7:15 am and the place was empty, after us two more tables got occupied. The ice coffee was more milk than coffee, so we removed half of the ice coffee to an empty cup and used the regular coffee and poor more in to it to make it taste like coffee. Utensils were nice wrap but dirty. What’s happening in restaurants!?! Ive visited this restaurant in Orlando FL, was a amazing. The one in West Palm Beach is pretty good too. We stop at this location because my boyfriend was in a competition near by. The guy at the check out didn’t charge the ice coffee, but is not the discount - what I’m looking for is the service and good food that’s all. Well they are new and need to get better from beginning to end. The place is beautiful! But service needs to improve."

"The environment looks good I. This restaurant but the my experience is quiet terrible… I did an online order… and waited 20 minutes to pick up the food…… it was 20 minutes late. When I got home… my soup was half Empty…. And it’s all over my sandwich… the sandwich also felt like it’s been sitting there.. if I have to wait 20 minutes for the food… the food should be fresh…"
