"I placed the order through the app, and when I arrived at the drive-through, the person stated that the order was not in their system, we verified the address I showed them the order on my phone. She said there’s nothing she could do and she told me I would have to pay for it at that time. I showed the charge on my credit card. It was a little consequence because I was still forced to pay for the second time. I reached out to Burger King customer service and they offered me a small fries for having to double pay, not even a refund of the first charge. Good thing I used AMEX …The service is severely lacking at this location. The store was clean and the atmosphere was what you would expect from a Burger King."

"Horrible experience they sell me two burgers through drive-thru only to find out they don't have them. Okay I want two spicy burgers ,that cost more, well what can the consumer do?? Fix it on your computer I have my card in my hand. Then I asked for two Cokes three times to two different people no ice!! Second person I asked I said please can I have some ranch. Mind you I'm parked waiting for my order patiently brings the order out without the coke then The lady proceeds to come out hand me two Cokes with ice and no straws no ranch and then reprimand me on where I should park my car! Excuse me when you mess up an order and I have to park and now sit and wait??? I will never come back she said "going forward" move your vehicle here. Going forward? I will never come back to that Burger King now me and my son have to question if they spit in it because that service was atrocious!!! I'm in the industry of people and I treat people with respect and dignity and I wasn't showed an ounce of that so I highly recommend Ahmadra and the staff get themselves together. I'm a very nice person I say please, thank you and smile, I did not get irate whatsoever when I was sold something wrong two times because my order is still wrong I asked for chicken fries! Never have I been so disrespected I will not come back. T They should have negative one star on this 30$ order!"

"Came here today….2 times and the drive through service time was horrible!!! Waited 10 mins at the intercom to have my order taken…..then another 10-15 mins waiting in line to get the order. While waiting in line a disgruntled employee was outside and he was venting and explaining that this location has very poor Management. Stayed that Scheduling for employees is horrible….they are short staffed and the manager is refusing to hire for evening shift. It never was like this….I remember getting quick service and now I literally counted 3 people working…the manager, cashier and maybe a chef in the back. Corporate needs to check this out. Literally within 2 months the service level has decreased. Food is always fresh though. Please check this out get this store running back to what it should be….please!"
