"Was pretty good when they first opened but today. At 1:30 got a sandwich combo and fries were actually cold and sandwich barely warm. Oh and why is the tea always warm and not enough ice to bother. And when you order pieces, they’re so small, they look like a drumstick off of a wing and the thighs are teeny tiny not worth the money"

"I ordered a box box. But the thigh was smaller than the biscuit…. How could you even put that in someone’s box and not feel a way???"

"I ask for Mac and cheese not a pie what I received this it was so burnt the fork couldn't even make it into the Mac and cheese. Literally every time I go to popeyes there's an issue so I think I'm going to stop going."

"Pulled into the drive-thru on 11/30 at around 12:30pm and ordered three 2 piece chicken boxes for a group order, the order taker asked us what pieces we wanted and we told them breast and wing. We got home and saw that one box had TWO wings. What a rip off, what am I supposed to do with 2 wings? I went to the store hungry and left hungry. I tried to call the store to rectify and no one picked up. The person at the speaker was also abrupt and could not take an order properly. The store was empty of customers and had a full staff. She acted as if she had the most difficult job in Broward County. Coming from a person that used to work drive thru… I have never treated customers like this."

"We recently ran into this Popeyes in Coral Springs. A crew member mentioned they opened about six months ago. We went through the drive-thru the first time, but it was very busy, so we went inside. There was a handful of customers and what looked like a full crew. Everyone was attentive and being productive! The best part of our experience was the food! We a spicy chicken sandwich meal, a chicken tenders meal, and I had the juiciest chicken sandwich to date, plus red beans & rice that actually didn’t taste like the container the chain serves it in. I also love that they have a soda machine with lots of beverage choices, including my go-to: Seagrams ginger ale! They were playing fun music while we sat in the large corner booth. This promises to be a successful business here and we’re sure to come back!"
