About Us
RCMA, located at 404 Bertha Fulse Street in Bowling Green, Florida, offers free childcare and VPK programs that provide dual language early childhood education in a safe and loving environment. In addition to daycare services, RCMA operates two free K-8 charter schools, with plans for three more in the future.
Founded in 1985 in Hardee County, RCMA now has two Child Development Centers in Wauchula and Bowling Green, serving over 140 children aged 6 weeks to five years old. Children with disabilities are integrated into age-appropriate classrooms, and families are encouraged to be actively involved in decision-making at the centers.
RCMA provides ongoing training for teachers and family support staff, and addresses emergency needs of families through community partnerships. However, more resources are needed to expand services for families and children.

"Absolutely hands down the best! 100% of your child's time here is developing and improving absolutely every and anything. These Teachers are so genuine and care for your child with the up most respect. I have been blessed to have had 4 children in this center a total of 4 years so far with 2 more to go, I speak from experience. Your concerns and goals for your child are valued here. Focus plans are made and followed. You will love how personalized your child's care will be. Two teachers per class and classes are small. Extremely clean SAFE and secure environment. Diversity hands on learning and structure. And if having someone on your team to help develop your child wasn't enough. They also help families like mine. Referrals, guidance counseling, fincial help, children Dental cleaning, children vision screening, progress monitoring, home visit, I could go on for ever.
