DISSAPOINTED"

"I visited Sonic expecting a teacher appreciation offer, but the employees were unaware of it. When I inquired about the specific item for teachers, none of them had information. The manager, who was supposed to arrive at 3 o'clock, was over 15 minutes late, contributing to the team's lack of awareness and suggesting issues with management."

"I purchased on 12/24/2023 . I WASN'T HAPPY WITH THE FOOD NOR SERVICE. I as for a full refund and was told that they couldn't return my money . That a manager had to. The young lady followed by taking a photo of my Receipt and stated that the manager will return my money in 5 days. Today is 01/10/24 in I'm still waiting on my money. I call and spoke to Kayla a store manager and she stated Since it been so long. That the district manager. Randy Would have to return my money. Kayla provided me with Randy's number. I left him Several messages, and I have yet to get a call back. I called the 1 800 sonic number. I was advised that since it was a store purchase. The store manager would have to return the money and they can only send a message to the store to contact me. Seriously All sonics need to close If this is how they conduct business."
