"Probably THE BEST drive thru Taco Bell in South Florida. Never one has an order been messed up, never asked to wait and not pull up so they can get their numbers right. Employees always courteous. Even though there is a Taco Bell closer, we use this one"

"I rate the atmosphere as a 3 because there was an individual in the restaurant playing music extremely loud. I believe the man had a mental issue, and I could see that none of the employees were going to deal with this disturbance, so I packaged my food up and took it with me."

"I have never been denied water at a restaurant before. Sitting down inside somewhere or going through a drive-thru. In fact I’ve never even had an issue here until tonight. I spent $18 on food for 3 people, I also asked for 3 waters and then was told they only give 1 out per order. I knew this was false because I come here often and have never had an issue getting waters. So I asked how long they have been doing this and the so called “Manager” tonight said “forever” and then proceeded to close the window in my face. I will never come back to this location. Not only was he rude but I offered to pay for waters and still was not given that opportunity."

"My one star is not for the food,service or atmosphere it is due to pricing and serving sizes and false charges. Ordered 2 soft beef tacos,added chicken for 1,5o got 3 small thin slivers,also added steak 1,70 4 small tiny slivers. When I opened them up was very disappointed, . If you go in for just soft chicken tacos they say swap meat but charge the price of the taco and the upcharge which is indeed not a swap. Your better off adding chicken as you pay the same price. They are a total rip off. Scammed and not liking it. I will go to Chipotle instead. The bell used to be a good value but not anymore with the deception going on and the ridiculous size of the food for the upcharge ."

"The food quality has dwindled massively over the last 2 weeks.The steak chalupas were My favorite. Steak tastes like it was cooked in seasoned dishwater. It's too runny. And just so nasty now. And way more expensive than it used to be. What happened yall."
