"Got a basic facial I purchased from Groupon. It was a nice place, I loved my facial. But the girl that worked on me barely spoke to me while doing the facial. She did not educate me on anything she was doing on my face. At the end, She put a big machine on my face & didn’t tell me what it was or what it was for. She didn’t explain I couldn’t open my eyes , she only explained after I asked her what she had place on my head. My face looks and feel good though, that’s why the 3 stars."
