"When I went to the drive thru I was told I needed to come in and order. I came inside ordered and waited 25minutes for a taco and a cheesy roll up. It seems they didn’t want their timer running in drive thru so made me come inside. Mind you there were only 2 other customers inside and 4 employees. AND THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER. I had to unwrap the taco and move the lettuce to notice the meat was wrong. When I gave it back at the window they handed it right back out to a customer. DISGUSTING"

License # SEA1619225 9/3/2023 There was a dead cockroach in my food. Went to talk to the manager who was surprised because "the food is covered." I asked for my money back. She asked if we were sure we didn't want them to remake the food. What?!? Not only did I completely lose my appetite, but I could not imagine them making more food for ANYONE that day. There was no apology. She did refund my money and we threw everything away. Thankfully we hadn't started eating. For full transparency, I left the same review on KFC (same address but different reviews on Google maps). The department of health and corporate office has been contacted."
