"The food itself is almost always on-point, but the service is all over the place. When ordering online, sometimes your food is delayed 10+ minutes and sometimes you don’t get the correct sides (ie, you pay $2 for salsa and they give you extra chips instead and no salsa)."

"Lately, the quality at this location has been going down. I've been working with them in case of minor issues. But this one is inexcusable. As seen in this pic, there's a big piece of plastic inside one of the Atom Bomb appetizer pieces. This was the limit. I have to take my business to their other locations now."
