Moe's Southwest Grill

"Smh… I blame ownership (corporate all the way down to franchise) you guys are writing your own death certificate. Sad man, loved Moe’s years ago and I figured I’d give it a show since the “refresh” but nope same old stuff here. Food mediocre, but service couldn’t be much worse. It’s a burrito place, but nobody there knows how to wrap a burrito without it completely falling apart. Forgot my side of Queso and put a sauce on that I didn’t ask for… damn, almost guys… oh and specifically to corporate, no more KAISER SALSA? Talk about not knowing your customers smh…"

"This place used to be disgusting under the old ownership. It improved for a little while but just went back again 1/28/24 right at opening and gnats were allllll over the food. Not sure i’ll be able to eat my burrito to be honest. Cleanliness is a major problem here. The floors are sticky, salsa bar not wiped down. Probably wont be back since it has fallen down hill again."

"Listen, I went to this Moe's about a year ago, and it was not a pleasant environment or experience. However, spirit led me back, and I see why. Totally different management, New clean look (renovated), and beautiful people. I was too excited because I absolutely love Moe's. I was greeted by two smiling awesome faces, Candance and Gage! They were extremely nice with excellent customer service, and the food hits differently (seasoned perfectly). They made my entire experience worth it! I now frequent this beautiful spot with no worries! Thank you!"

"If I'm Driving by Boynton Beach / Congress, you can bet that I will try my best to stop by for quick lunch or take-out home or even give it to someone. For the price, the amount of food, quality, and freshness is unbelievable. One day, I was in The Boynton Town Center, I saw the Add "under new ownership," and I decided to give it one more try... the rest is history, good for kids, family, grandparents, and hangout with friends. Etc. The place is so clean and organized and Staff is Top-notch! The manager is very diligent, humble, and delightful person.(Clierie) Stop by and give it a try. If you haven't"

"This was straight up theft. I am enclosing my order and what I received. I ordered a salad with steak and guacamole for which I was charged extra. The salad I received had no protein at all, no guacamole, no sour cream. As you can see the dish wasn't even close to full even with just vegetables. When I called to get a refund I was very rudely told that there was nothing she can do unless I drive back to Boynton. Everyone talks about how restaurants have suffered but now we all suffer from employees that are allowed to keep jobs they are clearly not competent at doing."
