"I've been in this First Watch a couple of times. Usually the food is good, but the service is from okay to mediocre to plainly bad. This time, the attendant confused part of the order, brought something we didn't ask for, forgot a juice, we had to remember him a couple of times, and charged me for 2 different plates I didn't ask for. When I asked him he gave me a nonsense of a excuse and refused to correct the charge. The manager has to come and ask to get it corrected. Conclusion, I don't think I'll be back. Even when the food is good, you can find it in other places with better customer service."

"Eight of us went on a Sunday for a friend's birthday brunch and it was busy but we were seated without too much of a wait. Our server was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the menu and great with recommendations. I had the seasonal breakfast sandwich which was delicious and very intensely flavored. The waffle was light and perfectly fluffy and the hot syrup and fruit sauce provided were lovely accompaniments. The candied bacon was very rich and meaty and sweet painted with maple that is then baked on, so a piece or two was plenty. It felt a bit like eating in a Miyazaki movie. Everything tasted so intense and magical and delicious. This was an adventure worth having."

"This location has to be the absolute worst. I have been here a number of times, and it gets worse each time. I ordered to go. A pumpkin pancake and a Farmhouse Skillet Hash. Over medium eggs. The pancake is so burnt. The top layer came off as I was cutting it. The potatoes were burnt. The egg, my goodness. Over medium is what I asked for. I received extremely well done. The eggs are so burnt, they're inedible. As are the potatoes! When paying $25 for breakfast, I expect to be able to EAT my food! This is ridiculous! I want a full refund for my order! I will not dine at this location ever again! It leaves a bad taste in my mouth each and every time! I haven't eaten here in months due to the previous mishaps. I try you again. It's worse! How is this possible?! Please refund me my money! I have photos and videos to prove it!!!"

"The customer service was very good. The waitress was knowledgeable of the menu, friendly and patient. The food was scrumptious and well seasoned and my food was fresh and hot. I ordered grits, eggs, bacon and hot coffee. The grits was a little watery, however it was still pretty good. Restaurant was clean and inviting. The decor was elegant and rich. The noise level was minimal. I would strongly recommend First Watch Boynton Beach to my friends and family."
