"Dinner at Florie's was incredibly special. Full disclosure - my sister is a cook there, and my family has been exceptionally proud of the accomplishment of working there. We went tonight to celebrate her at her place of work, and were blown away by the quality of the service, the food, and the atmosphere. The service was warm and genuine, and extremely attentive. Haci was a warm and personal maître de, and oversaw the wonderful team of Georgina, Orin, Mark, David, Tatiana, and others whos names I could not catch quick enough. Thank you for the prompt service, thougthful recommendations, and warm banter! The FOOD - I was extremely impressed with the amuse-bouche. The cucumber-salmon-dill combo is a classic, but the temperatures, colors, textures, and flavors were played off each other in a contemporary, special bite. I cannot recommend the beet carpaccio and smoked king salmon appetizers enough - the goat cheese on the beet carpaccio was perfection. Thankfully, I can report on all tasty mains ordered at the table - the pizza tasted like a proper Neapolitan pie, the local tandoori-spiced grouper was cooked to perfection, and the pumpkin pasta was a delightful treat for the eyes (the butternut squah balls and parmegiana crisp were playful and tasty!). After sharing such a meal, we thought we couldn't eat any more, but the dessert buffet was offered to us. . .and I hope every other patron enjoys it as well. The chocolate coulant was out of this world. I'm not a massive chocolate fan, yet I found myself going back to this dish again and again - the warm cake with fragrant tonka bean ice cream was insanely good. My mom obsessed over Chef Nino's speciality white chocolate mousse, and my brothers devoured the profiteroles. Chef Nino came to our table, and we were grateful for the opportunity to meet him, and thank him for the wonderful meal as well as the team, culture, and atmosphere created in the kitchen. He went above and beyond, and offered us a tour of the kitchen! It was exceptionally clean; everyone on the line moved seamlessly around each other. It was clear to see that the incredible team behind the counter is what makes the dishes come together splendidly! To wrap up this (very long) review - visit Florie's, and you won't be disappointmed. It won't matter that your sister isn't working in the kitchen, I'd bet the team makes you feel like part of the family before you've sat down."

"Last night we decided to pay Florie's a visit and were we in for a treat? Starting with a lovely atmosphere at the bar and Passiflora cocktail onto the gorgeous outdoors patio seating dining with fresh baked bread, champagne, Heirloom Tomato and Peach Carpaccio followed by New Zealand Lamb Shank and of course their special chocolate souffle for dessert and fresh brewed coffee. Level of detail, on par with Michelin star establishments without all the fuss. Staff attentiveness, top notch. Well done Florie's. You'll be seeing us back very soon."

"Amazing anniversary dinner experience at Florie’s. The appetizer (carpaccio) is indeed the best. The cocktails yes they’re pricey but worth it as they’re with fresh herbs. And the lovely complimentary dessert with white coconut chocolates and caramel macaroons were yummy. Best of all is the service (Marcus is the best!) and the ambience. The only reason why I can’t give 5 stars is because the entrees (we got the pork ribs and spaghetti arabbiatta) were so-so. The pork ribs were a bit tough and the portions didn’t have enough meat in them. Both weren’t value for money. Though the presentation and playing looked awesome. Will definitely come back!"
