"I experienced unsatisfactory customer service as my order was incomplete upon arrival, requiring me to serve myself. Additionally, I observed that the person at the front selectively acknowledged only Caucasian customers, greeting them and wishing them a nice day, while neglecting Black customers."

"First Wing Stop experience. The food is great. I ordered the boneless wings with Mango Habanero sauce, and it lives up to its place on their heat chart. I would definitely recommend this as a place for a quick dine in or carry out as there are no waitresses, just the guys working the counter and kitchen."

"Let's start with the most recent. Doordash stole my order (not their fault, sure) but the customer service resubmitted it. Cool, shouldn't be an issue. Wrong. Manager gets pissed, blows up my phone, when he finally gives them the order he throws it in the bag (literally throws), throws it at the driver (per the driver), and is just an a*hole. The order is old chicken that's gross and fries that are nothing but oil. Before that? The lady in the front called the cops on my friend who went to pick up an order after he asked about the order because he waited 15 minutes past pick up time. He was calm the entire time, and per the owner "she was dealing with stuff that caused her to overreact." The time before that? They were out of an item, and when I asked for proof for a refund through customer service (since they don't do app refunds in store), the dude working got an attitude with me and then tried to physically fight the guy I was there with. I really do not ever recommend this store moving forward. I tried to give benefit of the doubt, but im done supporting this store and this company."
