"We only had a 5-minute wait to get a table everything coming out from the kitchen looked amazing. Two of us order the Eggs Benedict that was amazing my grandson ordered the pancake happy face which came with the sausage egg and bacon and he ate the whole thing. He loved it. The server was very nice and took good care of us. Great experience, great food!!"

"This place is usually great the last time we were there the people didn't give a Dam. This chicken tender was green and black , my wife BLT sandwich had 2 pieces of bacon on it. They did me a favor ,I like belvedere IHOP and my loved this one because of the water view. I think she may change her mind about this one now."

"I love coming here late night or early mornings. The delivery never misses out either! An amazing staff! They make the best chocolate chip pancakes! I love their scrambled eggs and bacon and ham always cooked perfectly. My husband is a big fan of the sausage. Even when we Uber eats everything comes perfectly pretty and hot thanks guys! Tried to surprise my hubby with a nice breakfast it turned out great!"

"In Palm Beach for a wedding. This IHOP is perfect for large families with various tastes and desires. HACK: For larger parties, break up into groups of twos and fours and you will probably get seated faster. Standard fare has changed so ask lots of questions to make sure you get exactly what you want. Staff was friendly and calm despite the Saturday breakfast rush. I recommend this restaurant."
