Reviews
"Continue to come here year after year and the food is consistently really good. Nice size portions and reasonable in price. Waitress staff welcoming and prompt. Excellent place to dine. Easy to get a table and to park."
"Very disappointing experience. Atmosphere was very sad, looks like the restaurant had a good ambience years ago, but definitely not now. On a Friday night it was half empty. We ordered sangria to start with, but the portion was so ridiculous that you could literally be done with a glass with 4 gulps. Although service was good and the waiter brought us food super fast, the presentation and taste were not good at all. We ordered croquetas, which came in an order of 3, decorated with 3 sad pieces of lettuce. We also had the fried yucca, which was probably the only decent course we had. I ordered Picadillo for my entree, and I do not exaggerate when I said that it tasted like canned dog food, I could not bear to swallow it. Needless to say, I will not be coming back."
"I enjoy the tres leches cake, the plantains, and the rice, but the ropa vieja definitely needs a little more spice and a little more separation. Very friendly attentive staff Restaurant is just your average modern looking restaurant. clean, booths and tables, a few decorations. Nothing crazy"
"Absolutely wonderful food and atmosphere. We got the Plantain Chips to start and Bistec de Pollo and Pollo a la Juliana for our entrees. Also got a Passion Fruit Margarita which was delicious. Our black beans and rice were excellent and the sweet plantains included with each dish hit the spot. Plantain chips came with a wonderful garlic cilantro sauce and some garlic sauce to pour on it as well. Highly recommend this restaurant.. we've been looking for a good Cuban place in the area for some time and I think we found our go-to restaurant!"
"Yes it's Florida!! And yes it Cuban Food. But this one tasted like home made food!! The portion was big and the plates we tried were Scrumptious!! Also please don't forget to add "Al Mojo" sauce to everthing!! Place needs to be freshened up. Feels dark as if it were and old bar. But the service was excellent. Don't miss it and remember to try the desserts. Cheers and GOD BLESS!!"
