We ordered the spring rolls, also excellent, I had the mongolian trio and Mom had the honey chicken. The food was wonderful and the service impeccable, the perfect post shopping re-fuel. In the past I never cared much for P.F. Chang’s and after tonight I will always recommend while in the area."

"P.F. Chang’s at The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens A quick stop in Macy’s to purchase a birthday gift for a friend led to an impulse visit to P.F. Chang’s in The Gardens Mall. I haven’t been here since the day they made the business decision to cancel Happy Hour during the Pandemic. Well, Happy Hour is back! My server, Heather, went over the Happy Hour Menu, which offers half orders of Crispy Green Beans and Tempura Calamari ($8) and Hand Folded Crab Wontons and Handmade Dumplings ($8 for four). I’m glad to have chosen the Wontons, which contained real crab and were served atop a spicy plum sauce. I thought a cocktail with rum and coconut would pair nicely with the Wontons, and Heather recommended a Tropical Tiki ($8). This drink is made with spiced rum, bitters, pineapple, orange and coconut. It was so delicious! I had three! I also defaulted to an order of the Chicken Lettuce Wraps appetizer from the Main Menu. I almost reconsidered this item when Heather mentioned a new recipe for an Apple Crunch dessert. Heather, however, assured me that the Lettuce Wraps travel nicely in case I wanted to take home part of the order to save room for dessert. She even brought extra lettuce and included it in the carry out container. Deferring part of the appetizer until later in favor of enjoying the Apple Crunch was a good decision. Since I also could not finish it, Heather boxed it up and added extra sauces. My bill totaled $62.60 before a tip. It’s good to have a great Happy Hour once again at P.F. Chang’s. It probably has been back for a while, but they’ve done a good job rethinking the offerings. I’ll be back soon!"
