"There were 5 cars in the parking lot. The receptionist told us it would be an hour wait and there were a bunch of empty tables. Someone else there was waiting over thirty minutes just to pay their bill. Another couple said they had been waiting over an hr for their food. I walked out without ordering as another person was complaining of being served cold food."

"Actually had one of the worst experiences with a restaurant ever. First service was slow and there was nothing on the table and whenever I would ask for something (ie. water or salt or ketchup) the waitress would seem very annoyed with me. When my food came out this was the amount of gravy for my biscuit. When I asked for a little more they said no and that they would have to charge me even though the gravy doesn't even come close to even covering one of the biscuits. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER SHE SAID "oh no sorry he's not going to like that" and walked away!!! I don't understand what kind of service industry this is supposed to be, it was the first time IN MY LIFE that I've ever asked to see a manager and THEY TOLD ME NO I COULDN'T SPEAK TO A MANAGER BECAUSE HE WOULDNT LIKE THAT?! Extremely upset with my experience here."

"Dated decor. The food and service were excellent. Stopped specifically for eggs Benedict, and they were fantastic. The 2x2x2 was great as well. It's simple but great tasting."

"Valentina served me she was pleasant and professional. The atmosphere seemed a bit dark and empty perhaps in need of some TLC. The food tasted as what I come to expect from IHOP, delicious."

"Came in to an IHOP for the first time last week and sadly it did not blow my socks off. The food was reasonable and getting a combination meal was good value. The pancakes were good. The service to get seated was poor and we were about to leave having waited and given no communication on when we may be seated but luckily before we could find another place to eat the lady seated us. The highlight of the meal tho and the reason for the third star was an older lady who was a regular who sat and chatted with us for the entirety of our meal. Not sure of her name but she was lovely"
