"* UPDATE* It took some time, I’m assuming due to administrative logistics, however they did refund us the full amount expected. They were very kind about it as well. While actually attending, we had a great experience. The teachers are really good and give great technique and leadership for getting the most out of the experience there. We are sad that it did not work out for us to continue there do to moving. They really do take people with no rhythm or experience at all and turn them into phenomenal dancers! *Previous review.* Terrible experience. DO NOT PAY IN FULL UPFRONT. Do not expect to get any kind of a refund if you move or life circumstances happen. They have been 100% avoidant and owe us nearly $1,800.00. We were talked into buying a package of 20 dances (in total we paid $3,280.00) and we’re being told we could cancel at anytime and get a refund for the remaining lessons. Well guess what.. we had to move and are no longer near one of the 3 central fL locations. We have been attempting for 2 months to contact them. We are opening a claim with the courts due the amount of money they owe us. Shame on them. I’m just blown away at how they would try to keep so much money from someone. Terrible moral and values at this establishment. Stay away if you’re smart. Much better dance companies out there."

"We booked with Arthur Murray to choreograph our wedding dance. Our initial instructor ended up leaving the company after only two lessons, and honestly we panicked. We had only paid for 8 lessons and it wasn’t exactly cheap, so we were very worried about starting over with someone knew. But then we were paired with Hayley. Hayley was FANTASTIC. We went from being upset about our instructor quitting on us, to being SO THANKFUL. Hayley understood each of us, and helped break down dance moves so we would understand (we have 4 left feet between the two of us). We bonded with her, she made us feel graceful. One of our groomsmen actually cried watching us dance at our wedding. Not only that, but each lesson was so much fun, it was a fantastic date night. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Hayley, she is kind and funny, and so very talented. The entire staff there was so accommodating to us, they even sent us a gift certificate for a few extra lessons after the wedding so we could learn some social dancing and could continue having our date nights. Please book here, they are all so lovely!"

"I started taking ballroom dance lessons at the Arthur Murray Orlando studio after getting rear ended in my car, resulting in five herniated discs in my neck. I remembered how this dancing helped with my posture and core muscle when I was going through physical rehab back in 2911. So I thought I’d try it again, even though the injury was much different. And when the pandemic started and I wasn’t able to return to the dance studio because I was a liver transplanted and at high risk of getting COVID-19, the wonderful instructors bent over backwards to allow me to continue taking lessons and group classes “virtually” through Zoom. It also allowed me to continue to feel a part of the studio and continue to interact with all the teachers and fellow students who made me laugh so much and open up a different side of performance for me. And though some of the teachers and students have moved on, I continue to keep up those great friendships. Also—doing these lessons and group lessons made me feel less isolated despite the fact that it was a year and a half before I was able to physically go to the studio in person. And this prevented me from getting depressed from the isolation. And hermit life I was experiencing during this time. I am so grateful to everyone who was o traduced into my life through this place!!"

"Me and my fiancé took dance lessons for our first dance at Arthur Murray. Hayley was our instructor and she was the best! She choreographed the mashup dance we envisioned and dreamed of! We will miss coming here every week for our lessons. We had so much fun and everyone there was always so nice and friendly with us! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a place to take dance lessons!"
