"Don’t ever go here! My dad was admitted at the end of September 2023, in overflow ICU. They called it Intermediate ICU. He was supposed to be at Sylvester Cancer Center but they told us that there weren’t any beds available. They didn't know what they were doing in this department. My dad has been going to UHealth for 20 years and he no longer goes there because of what happened. He transferred to Cleveland Clinic and he gets much better treatment there."

"My father was admitted today with chest pain they did not let me go in with him. When he was discharged all that was given was script and instructed him that his results are on a app. My father is 78 year old and has a hard time using the phone he asked if he could please be informed of the findings in his labs and the nurse left the room, definitely do not recommend any one to go to this hospital ur better off at Baptist or Mount Sinai."

"This hospital is part of the Jackson Memorial Hospital system. Most people I confer with state that they prefer to go to this particular hospital. Being that it is a" teaching" hospital, many of the doctors/nurses are very dedicated and esteemed in their specialties. The interns are very dedicated and treat the patients with the knowledge and care their mentors have instilled in them professionally. You definitely receive the proper care for whatever ailment/illness has an individual hospitalized. Also the staff is very concerned and meticulous about after care and the general well being of their patients upon their release. Once you step through these doors, rest assured your health and care is the main priority of this hospital's staff. JE."
