"The actual best thing is that there is no membership to force you into. It’s like a grocery store for pre made meals! Order ahead so they don’t run out, but the food is great. The price is even better! Seriously thank you for saving me hundreds and loads of time. Also the chocolate protein muffins are to die for. Oh and they have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options!"

"Very nice experience. Easy to get to off PGA Blvd, parking right up front. When you walk in it is very clean and welcoming. Everything is very organized in the entire store. The manager was very informative and had a GREAT attitude. It was refreshing actually. Food variety also a plus in this place. Prices very reasonable. Down to the food, I had the steak and sweet potatoes last night, with the pesto sauce and OMG it was so tasty! I was shocked how much I liked it. I highly recommended giving this place a try. I was spending 22-30 a day having door dash deliver my food to work and wasn't as tasty as this food. I absolutely can't wait for lunch!!"

"I absolutely love the meals! I have yet to find one that I didn't enjoy. The food is fresh, very tasty and so convenient to make, especially on days when I juat don't feel like cooking. I appreciate the friendliness of the driver. The texts indicating his arrival time is a big help so that I have my bag ready for him. When he arrives, he always greets me with a smile on his face. I also, have never had a problem with the temperature of the products when I receive them."

"I dropped by ideal nutrition this past Monday to try see if meal kits would work for me. I've been very impressed so far!. I picked up 5 meals for my work lunches and I've enjoyed every single one that I've tried thus far. The attendants were very nice and helpful. Just fyi there's a lot of people who choose delivery/pickup apparently so the stock seems to go pretty quickly. Their restock days are Sunday/Wednesday if that helps you decide on when to stop by. Quick, painless and pretty affordable. ! I'll be back!"
