"I don't often visit KFC but when I do this is my favorite location. I always use drive-thru. I always receive such a pleasant and friendly greeting. Today was a little extraordinary. I can't find the receipt the young lady handed me. I think it's Inelda. Outstanding customer service. Thank you"

"This place seems trying their best to survive. No staff, the wait to order is long. Staff is doing everything from being a cashier, cook, server. No bathrooms, hand sanitizers empty, soda machine not working. Ordered leg and thigh, even a 2 y.o. kid will complain about the size. Should I go back??? Maybe not."

"Ordered one piece of white meat, asked to substitute mash potatoes, but they charged $3, asked for individual size gravy for which they charged another $3, charged almost $6 for one piece of breast meat. Highway robery!! You can get 2 pieces of Chicken. Mashed potatoes, vosciut and soft drink for $8.49. The chicken was saturated with oil, and the fries were refried to a crisp and also saturated with oil. My wife had a couple of bites but it was so disgusting that we threw everything out. She was also sick on our way home. We went in at about 1:30 pm and the place was empty. We now understand why. Our recommendation: avoid this place."

"I went to the drive-thru to place my order. I simply requested the chicken to be all drumsticks,   The manager yelled over the speaker, "We don't do that here," and I pulled up to the cashier and simply said that I always request drumsticks and they always give them to me . The manager yelled in my face and said we not gonna be able to give you all drumsticks . I never expected excellent customer service, although I did expect some respect . I left without ordering since I didn't want people spitting in my food. I left and went to the KFC on Lake Worth Rd. I made the same request. The staff treated me with respect and I got all my orders right."

"I passed by and order through drive thru yesterday Feb, 21 at 4pm. Ordered two chicken littles. Ate one and only thing I notice was bread was stale and not as soft as usual. Didn’t pay no mind to it. Went ahead and opened second chicken little and immediately notice a dot on the bread which I recognized quickly. It was a mold spore growing on the bread. I was instantly disgusted. This is not only nasty but it completely unsafe. I called corporate and waited hours to no response. Left a review on their website hoping someone would call me back because I’m completely concerned about other peoples health. Not only will I contact the city but I will contact Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. This is total irresponsible that no one has called back and I’m afraid other people will get sick."
