"The service here is a joke. Half of the staff were taking a lunch break eating Jerk chicken at a customer table speaking loudly in Creole with the employee tasked with taking orders actively ignoring customers in order to laugh and socialize with the other employees eating their meal. She finally walked over very slowly and leisurely with a mouth full of Jerk chicken to take my order and didn't even make eye contact. Immediately went back to eating more chicken and rice after taking my order, ignoring even more customers. Manager needs to check the video surveillance and fire some people. I felt like I was in a candid camera episode. I know these employees don't get paid much but this level of not caring is beyond the pale."

"This McDonalds has not had ice cream in over 3 months. I’m not exaggerating, it’s been over 3 months since this location has served any sort of ice cream. It says on their menu “back soon” I don’t know what the word soon means to them but it can’t be the same thing it means to me. Some of the workers are nice but sometimes they’re just plain rude and my order is wrong 90% of the time."

"A whole joke if you ask me I ordered a cheeseburger burger add mayo and two strips of bacon get home realize the sandwich was lighter then usual and took a bite no burger patty nowhere in the sandwich just cheese, mayo, mustard, ketchup, and bacon either someone is moving to fast back there or just don't know what they're doing customer service was good tho and the restaurant was clean from what I saw"

"Horrible experience today, long wait in drive-through. Real surprise was opening the order @ home. Everything was cold and I guess the national chess shortage is here. Only had a half a slice of cheese on Filet-O-cold-fish. Lots of other options for a quick bite, this location fell off the list. I’d call to complain, but didn’t get a receipt."
