The waitstaff is professional and courteous and the waitstaff assistant ( especially Carla) is always there if you need anything. Oh, and the best traditional carbonara I’ve ever had in Florida! "We were seated outside in the tent which is in the parking lot. Everything started out fine until our server disappeared. Literally no one checked on the table for forty minutes. We had wanted to order wine with dinner, but no one came to check on us or even ask how the food was. Disappointing experience."

"This is one of the top restaurants in Jupiter. From the food to the service you cannot go wrong at Bounasera! This was our second time dining and the owner (Alexandra) makes everyone feel welcome as well as the rest of the staff. Special shout out to our waitress (Ashely) who answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. She also made great recommendations on what to order. My father-in-law had the Dover sol and said it was one of the best he’s ever had. My husband had veal and was also very happy, I had slow cooked duck with cassis sauce and it was out of this world amazing. The deserts are delicious as well, everything is freshly made and you can definitely tell that it is. Our compliments to the chef as he can truly make unforgettable food! Absolutely phenomenal restaurant, a must try!"
