"I received a call from your claims adjuster by the name of Dorette Morris. The conversation only lasted about 7 mins and it was the first time I ever spoke with someone from your claims department. It was a terrible experience and she gives your company a bad name. She was extremely rude and would not allow me to answers her questions because she would immediately just cut me off. She's unprofessional and has no phone etiquette. If you have a quality control department you may want to pull her calls and audit them. Her attitude is aggressive and just nasty."

"I am the insured in an insurance policy from Broadspire. The entire claim process was unusually long, lasting months, in which I had the impression that they were looking for anything that can possibly use to deny my claim. This experience felt more like a court cross-examination than a process to understand what happened and shed light on the coverage and claim process. Finally, the company found something they thought would allow them to deny the claim. When I reached out in an attempt to communicate and clarify the situation, all I received was radio silence. Not to mention the "something" they found was dubious at best. An insurance policy, as I understand, is designed to give you some peace of mind in an unexpected situation in a perhaps unfamiliar circumstance. However, in this case, I find myself in the extraordinary position that the claim itself has become more challenging and difficult than the accident it was supposed to shield me from. Naturally, this leads to the question of whether there is any positive value to having and paying for this insurance in the first place."
